Johnston City Dain A. Burnett, 25, died Thursday, November 04, 2004 at 7:11 A.M. at St. Louis University Hospital as a result of injuries received in a motorcycle accident.
Dain was born June 01, 1979 in Norfolk, VA to Frank Burnett, Sr. and Peggy (Bird) Burnett-Edwards.
Dain worked at Crownline Boats. He attended The Seven-Day Adventist Church in Thompsonville. He served in the National Guard and was member of the Second Brigade MC.

Funeral services will be Monday, November 08, 2004 at 1:30 P.M. at Mitchell-Hughes Funeral Home in Marion. Burial will follow in Rose Hill Cemetery. VFW Post #147 and American Legion Post of Marion will perform military Rites at the cemetery. Visitation will be Sunday from 5:00 9:00 P.M. at the funeral home.
