Donna (Hetterscheidt) Mitchell-Foy

Donna Mitchell-Foy, 82, of Harrisburg, Illinois, passed away on Saturday, August 17, 2024.  She was born in Harrisburg on September 15, 1941, the daughter of John and Vivian (Webb) Hetterscheidt.  She grew up in Harrisburg and graduated from Harrisburg High School.  She went on to work as a retail clerk for Bob's Super Discount Store.

She is survived by her daughters Kathy (Bill) Russell of Virginia, and Kim Blackman of Metropolis; four grandchildren; two great grandchildren; and two great-great grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her parents, her two brothers, and one sister.

All services will be private.  Arrangements have been entrusted to Binkley-Ross Funeral Home in Marion, Illinois.
