Hardy John Dalley

It is with a heavy heart that we announce the passing of Hardy John Dalley at the age of 73. He died tragically in a vehicle accident on April 2 while traveling from Florida back home to Canada. Hardy was a kind and gentle soul, who loved his family with all his heart. He loved to travel and socialize with great friends. He was a great father, husband, and papa. Hardy was the type of person to always be by your side and give you the shirt off his back if needed without any questions. He will be greatly missed and loved dearly by all who knew him.

Hardy was born in Corner Brook, Newfoundland on March 4, 1951. Hardy met the love of his life Sandra in 1969, in 1978 they had their daughter Shawna. Together they moved across Canada for his work as a Heavy Duty Mechanic. After many years of working, they both retired in Lac La Biche Alberta. As they both loved traveling they spent their winters in the Southern United States and returned to Canada for the summer.

Hardy is predeceased by his mother Grace and father Levi. He is survived by his wife Sandra, daughter Shawna, (Marlon), grandson Darian, Herb (Evelyn), Fred (Francis), Jim (Leone), Joan (Russell), Shirley (Glenn), Bruce (Betty), Lloyd (Stephanie), and several nieces and nephews.

Binkley-Ross Funeral Home in Marion, Illinois was entrusted with assisting the family with arrangements.
