Inez Kathryn Horsley

Marion - Inez Kathryn Horsley, 83, died at 5:00 P.M. Wednesday, June 2, 2004 in St. Louis University Hospital. Inez was born March 25, 1921 to William and Kathryn (Miller) Anderson in Marion. She married Jack L. Horsley on December 19, 1943 in Marion and he preceded her in death on May 31, 2002. Inez was a homemaker. She attended the 1st United Methodist Church. Before her husband Jack passed away they loved to play golf together as members of Kokopelli and Jackson Country Clubs. She loved to play cards and travel with her family. Survivors include: Daughter Jackie K. Hutti of Mishawaka, IN, Daughter & Son-in-law JoAnn and Rick Ober of Carterville, Six (6) Grandchildren: Michelle & Jeff Giannuzzi of Mishawaka, IN, Angela & Vinny McLaughlin of Leesburg, VA, Nicole & Jared McRae of East Alton, Jennifer & Eric Hagen of Effingham, Sara Ober of St. Louis, MO, Brian & Kathy Ober of Palatine, IL, Great Grandchildren: Dominic & Vincenzo Giannuzzi, Kalyn & Brooke McLaughlin, Alex, Noah and Cole Hagen, Ashlyn & Isaac Ober, Nephew Bill & Lois Reel of Marion. Preceded by: Parents, Husband, Sister Mildred Reel, Brothers Gerald Anderson and Don Anderson. Funeral services will be Sunday, June 6, 2004 at 2:00 P.M. at Mitchell-Hughes Funeral Home with Rev. Victor Long officiating. Burial will follow in Maplewood Cemetery. Visitation will be Saturday from 5 P.M. 8 P.M. at the funeral home. For those who prefer memorials may be made to a charity of your choice, envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
