Jenney A. Allgaier, 67, died Thursday, April 01, 2004 at 6:10 P.M. in Fountains Nursing Home in Marion. Jenney was born January 07, 1937 to John Howard and Genevieve (Huber) King in St. Louis, Missouri. She married Richard Allgaier and he survives in Marion. Jenney was a homemaker. Jenney was of the protestant faith, she enjoyed writing poetry, sketching, crocheting, making quilts, jewelry. She enjoyed crafts. Survivors include: Three (3) Daughters & Son-in-laws: Faith Louise & Avery Penley of Marion Sheri Lee & Steve Penley of Johnston City Tamara Saline & Don Keen of Marion Three (3) Sons: William Scott Downey of Fresno,California Brian Charles Downey of Marion Gerald Brett Downey and wife Shannon of Dublin, VA Preceded by: Parents Funeral services will be Monday, April 05, 2004 at 11:00 A.M. at Mitchell-Hughes Funeral Home with Rev. Don Colson officiating. Burial will follow in Rose Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be Sunday from 5:00 9:00 P.M. at the funeral home.
