Jordan Wesley Green

Jordan Wesley Green, 34 years old of Marion, Illinois passed away on Monday, May 13, 2024, at his home.  He was born on June 17, 1989, in Carbondale, Illinois, the son of Kevin Green and Jennifer Crespi.

Jordan received his high school diploma in 2007.  Jordan worked in construction for many years. He was currently employed at Rural King in Marion.

Jordan had a fun-loving spirit, and he adored his son Liam.  He loved fishing, playing video games online with his brother, and taking his son to Pirate Pete’s.

He is survived by his father Kevin Green; his mother Jennifer (John) Crespi; his brothers and sisters Ryan (Rebecca) Green,  Brooklynn (Romel Jeffro) Green, Kyla Jones, and BJ ( Amy) Crespi; his girlfriend Amanda Reed; and his son Liam Green; his grandfather Wesley Peterman; his aunts and uncle Jackie Green, Tara Green, Devon (Dan Trost) Deming, Michael Peterman; his cousins Ben (Kacie) Green, and Jeff (Tonya) Green; his niece Lynnze Crespi, along with other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents Donald R. Green, Barbara L. Green, and Joycelynn Deming; his uncle Brian Green; and his cousin Josh Green.

Visitation will be held on Friday, May 17, 2024, from 5:00 – 7:00 P.M. at Binkley-Ross Funeral Home located at 1702 West Boulevard Street, Marion, Illinois 62959.  Private inurnment will be held at a later date in Tanner Cemetery South of Crab Orchard.

In lieu of customary remembrances the family requests with gratitude that memorial donations be directed to the family to assist with funeral expenses and to help with the future education expenses for his son Liam. Envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
