Marion, IL Full Obit Rose Watson, 71, of Energy, passed away at 5:52 P.M. on Thursday, November 21, 2002 at Herrin Hospital. Rose was born on January 22, 1931 in Eldorado, IL to Charlie and Mary Mockerman. They both preceded her in death. She married Charlie Watson in 1948 in Marion; he passed away on July 7, 1986. Rose was a Homemaker and attended Scottsboro Church Of God. Survivors Include: Son: Jack Watson-Marion, IL Son & daughter in law: John & Debbie Watson-Marion, IL Daughter: Nellie Girtman-Marion, IL Grandchildren: Twelve Great Grandchildren: Five Step Son: Charles Watson-Johnston city, IL Step Daughter: Marie Mofield-Marion, IL Step Daughter: Mary Baldwin-Marion, IL Step Daughter: Violet Winters-Marion, IL Her parents, husband Charlie, Two Sons, Bill & Jim Watson; a daughter, Dorothy Girtman and a grandson, Dwight Shideler, preceded Rose in death. Funeral Services will be held on Monday, November 25, 2002 at 11:00 A.M. at Mitchell-Hughes Funeral Home with the Rev. Murle Jack officiating. Burial will follow at Maplewood Cemetery in Marion.
