William Alan Fisher Jr.

William “Billy” A. Fisher Jr. left us suddenly on March 2, 2025. Billy was born to William A Fisher Sr. and Cynthia A. Fisher on July 5, 1965, in Chicago, IL and grew up in Southern Illinois.

He is survived by his sister Sheri L. Fisher of Olney, IL, his niece and her husband Ashley and Austin Wyatt, great niece and nephew Cayden E. Wyatt and Braelyn Rae Wyatt, his daughter Victoria Hubbs of Marion IL, cousins Dawn and Erik Klasmann and their children, his aunt and uncle John and Sandra Conley, and cousin Erik Jensen and Shannon and their family.

He was preceded in death by his parents William and Cynthia Fisher, maternal grandparents Stanly Panavas and Sonja Panavas of Chicago, paternal grandparents Joe and Ann Fisher.

Billy was a jack of all trades who spent his life working in the family business that served many. He was a friend to all and loved his critters, especially Tank and Millie. He was known to have a green thumb when it came to his many plants and flowers.

Funeral arrangements were entrusted to Blue Funeral Home under the direction of Binkley-Ross. Graveside services will be held on Monday, March 17, 2025, beginning at 1:00 p.m. at Rosehill Cemetery. Those planning to attend are asked to arrive at the cemetery shortly before 1:00 p.m. The family is planning a gathering at the VFW following services.
